  • MBA Waiver Requirements

    • The Master of Business Administration (MBA) evening and online formats* require applicants to submit a valid GMAT or GRE score unless a waiver request is submitted and granted. Applicants that meet at least one of the following requirements may request a waiver:
       
      • Completion of a terminal degree (PhD, JD, etc.) from a regionally accredited college or university.
      • Completion of a minimum of 6 years of professional and progressive work experience and completion of a degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in the last 60 credit hours of coursework or overall.
      • Completion of a quantitatively oriented master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university or professional certification with a quantitative focus such as the CPA or CFA.
      • Completion of at least three years of full time military experience at the O3 or E7 level or higher and completion of a degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in the last 60 credit hours of coursework or overall.

      The accreditation of the applicant's former college or university will be taken into consideration as part of the evaluation for the waiver.

      *The executive (weekend) format program does not have a GMAT/GRE application requirement.
       
  • Specialized Master's Waiver Requirements

    • Applicants to any specialized master's evening format program are required to submit a valid GMAT or GRE score unless a waiver is submitted and granted. Applicants that meet at least one of the following credentials may request a waiver:
       
      • Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited U.S. institution with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
      • Completion of a graduate degree from an accredited U.S. institution with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
      • Completion of the equivalent of a master's-level or terminal degree from an accredited international institution with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.

       
  • Request Instructions

    • If you believe you meet the waiver request requirement(s), please upload a copy of your resume and a transcript from all institutions from which you earned a degree. Transcripts from international institutions must also include a course by course international credential evaluation from a NACES member organization.

      Unofficial transcripts may be used for this waiver review, but matching official transcripts must be received to finalize admission.
